Privacy policy

This policy covers https://linnia.io, Linnia's public marketing website. It does not cover Linnia's healthcare product, which runs on separate infrastructure under its own privacy terms.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies and does not ask visitors for personal information to browse it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic to this site — for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or any persistent client-side identifiers, and does not track visitors across other websites.

We record a small number of website interaction events (page views, and clicks on the "Request a demo"/"Let's talk"/"Explore more" links) with no personal identifiers attached. This data is never combined with, and never contains, patient information, protected health information (PHI), or clinical data of any kind.

Scheduling a conversation

When you click a "Request a demo" or "Let's talk" link, you leave linnia.io for our scheduling provider (Calendly). Any information you provide there — your name, email, and meeting details — is collected by Calendly and governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not this one.

Third-party services

The only third-party services this site loads are Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate site analytics) and, only if you click a scheduling link, Calendly. We do not run advertising trackers, session-replay tools, or fingerprinting scripts.
